Job Description: Showroom Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, showcasing products, explaining features, and answering questions
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Monitor and ensure showroom displays are well-maintained and fully stocked
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic products
