Customer Relationship amp; Sales support

• Create and maintain good relationship with Customers to achieve target.
• Daily correspondence and communication with customers and BLX network.
• Maintain customer base of existing customers and explore new business opportunities.

• Coordinating with sales dept. amp; overseas offices / agents on customer's requirements.
• Generating quotation, routing order, booking order, sales leads to overseas offices amp; agents.

• Update in Concerto on weekly sales report (Sales activity, Quotation upload, traffic created).
• Complying with Quality Management System to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
• Apply and file for credit applications and follow up for outstanding payments with customers
• Reach KPI's agreed with Management

QHSE amp; Compliance

• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
• Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Ensure compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors

Requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Essential

• Excellent communication / Well organized / team player
• Analytical meticulous customer-focused mindset
• 2 years experience in FFWD or other files similar to Sales amp; Marketing
• Can speak Khmer / English / Chinese (not compulsory)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communication precisely and effectively
