About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts. As the Marketing Strategist at HairQare, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing strategic advertising campaigns within the beauty and wellness industry. Your role involves providing creative direction for marketing materials, developing compelling offers, and optimizing sales pages to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
A comprehensive approach to sales strategy and innovative marketing initiatives will be central to your responsibilities as you contribute to the overarching mission of reshaping beauty standards through education at HairQare. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ads Management: Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns within the beauty and wellness industry, leveraging your expertise to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction for marketing materials, ensuring cohesive and visually compelling content that resonates with our audience and aligns with HairQare's mission.
- Offers Development: Play a key role in crafting compelling offers that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and participation in our educational programs and challenges.
- Sales Pages Optimization: Oversee the optimization of sales pages to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and improve the customer journey.
- Comprehensive Sales Strategy: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning marketing efforts with sales goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving organizational objectives.
- Innovative Marketing Initiatives: Drive innovation in marketing initiatives, exploring new and effective ways to communicate our message, engage our audience, and drive participation in HairQare programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Marketing Strategist, CMO or in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty or Wellness Industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies within the beauty or wellness industry, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector.
- Demonstrated experience in providing creative direction for marketing materials, ensuring an impactful and cohesive brand image.
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising strategies, encompassing ad campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Track record of optimizing sales pages and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with organizational goals and contribute to the growth of HairQare.
- Genuine passion for reshaping beauty standards through education, aligning with HairQare's commitment to empowering individuals in the beauty industry.
