Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
* Oversee company marketing and sales in the country.
* Create, plan, and execute strategies for marketing promotion, including online website promotions and offline promotional events.
* Develop sales strategies and ensure effective implementation.
* Plan, execute, and manage the business's SEO strategy.
* Track team performance under set targets.
* Prepare and manage a monthly budget for the departments.
* Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
* Coordinate/liaise with internal departments for smoother promotional execution.

Requirements and skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
* Experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in an online casino setting is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of SEO strategies and technical aspects.
* Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
* Good English communication skills.
* Must be willing to work in the Phnom Penh / Sihanouk office.
