Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues.
- Conduct employee training and development programs.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
