HR Executive

Lucky 369 Hotel & Casino, located in the heart of Poi Pet, Cambodia. We are dedicated to providing services and are looking for a motivated HR Executive with 2 years of experience to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues.
- Conduct employee training and development programs.

- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
