We are currently looking for a Center Agent to join our team in Cambodia. As part of this role, you will receive:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries and requests.
Ensure smooth operations and contribute to the efficiency of the center.
Handle administrative tasks and support team members as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clients.
Portuguese Speaker, English is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
