Electrical Engineer - Solar PV System (Khmer Or Expat)

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our solar PV system design processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating current PV system design processes for commercial and industrial (C&I) projects.
• Developing and implementing improvement plans to enhance knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Optimizing documentation and workflow processes.
• Improving procurement strategies.
• Training and mentoring team members to implement best practices.
• Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in solar PV system design, including site assessments, feasibility studies, system sizing, and financial projections.
• Proficiency in CAD software, with the ability to quickly produce accurate mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong analytical skills to assess load consumption data and create reliable load profiles using estimation or forecasting models.
• Expertise in PVSyst, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiaritywith Cambodian regulations for solar PV systems.
• Experiencein process improvement and implementing operational policies.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar software for structural and mechanical load calculations.
