Merchandiser And Quality Control Executive

Role and Responsibility:

1. Mandatory experience working with home furnishings, decorative products and garments.

2. Oversee daily operations of quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.

3. Collaborate with the production team to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.

4. Conducting pre-production, in-line production and finished goods quality checks.

5. Validat quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.

6. Perform production feasibility analysis for all styles in the order.

7. Collaborate with the QC team to plan the inspection schedule, ensuring that potential production issues are identified in advance to prevent delivery delays.

8. Eliminate and control production issues.

9. Strong communication and coordinate between customer, factory and inspector.

10. Willingness to travel.
