Finance Executive 2

Job Purpose:

The prime responsibility of the Finance Executive will be assisting the Finance Manager to ensure good corporate governance, proper financial reporting, complete daily work, and implementing group policies. All reports are timely and accurate. Complete financial transaction for ISS Cambodia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Accounts Receivable function
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation for the company’s accounts receivable.
• Ensure the completeness of tax invoices posting in the accounting system.
• Ensure the completeness of official receipt issuance and posting in an accounting system.
• Review and perform accounts receivable matching in the accounting system on a timely basis
• Maintain and monitor deposits received from customers, including the deposit refund process.
• Prepare a statement of account and follow up outstanding balance with a customer.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to principals, which includes freight, disbursement statements, and commentary on accounts receivable status
• Maintain collection and receipt updates in the liner agency principals’ system
• Prepare a collection report on a timely basis for the liner agency principals
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the maritime industry
